1. About Landbook

Landbook is an online hub for web-design inspiration and creative discovery. We feature:

• a curated, daily-updated gallery of live websites,
• a Templates section with high-quality templates from platforms like Framer and Webflow,
• an Experts Directory connecting verified creators with potential clients

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under Polish law.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Landbook may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
• Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time by contacting [email protected].
• Landbook may remove inactive accounts to maintain platform quality and data security. In such cases, users will receive an email notification 30 days before their account is permanently deleted.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

To keep Landbook safe and fair, you agree not to:

• use bots, crawlers, or scrapers to collect or copy content;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload Landbook's systems;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content;
• upload or distribute malware or harmful code;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• use Landbook for spam, unsolicited marketing, or data harvesting.

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent removal of your account.

4. User Submissions and Content Ownership

Website Submissions

• Submitting websites is free.
• Each submission is reviewed by our editorial team.
• If you are the creator, check "I'm the author of this website."
  • Such websites appear under your "Made" tab once your profile is public.
  • By doing so, you confirm that you own the rights to the website or have explicit permission from the rights holder.
• You may also submit websites for inspiration purposes only (not authored by you).
  • These appear without author attribution.
  • The rightful creator can later claim authorship by using the "Claim website" option or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
• Landbook is not responsible for disputes between users regarding authorship, but will act in good faith to resolve claims.

Template Submissions

• Submitting templates is free; however, approved templates require a paid feature to appear on the Templates page.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• You may submit templates hosted on Webflow, Framer, or other marketplaces.
• Review time: up to 14 business days.
• You'll be notified by email if your submission is approved.
• Acceptance and publication remain at Landbook's sole discretion, even if payment has been made (a full refund will be issued if the template is not published).
• We do not include your personal affiliate links in featured templates.

User Representations and Licence

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• you own or control all rights to it,
• it does not violate third-party rights or laws, and
• it contains no malware or harmful code.

You grant Landbook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to display, promote, and share your submission within Landbook's gallery, directories, communications, and marketing materials.

5. User Profiles and Experts Directory

• Only approved profiles are publicly visible.
• Inclusion in the Experts Directory does not constitute endorsement, partnership, or certification by Landbook.
• Approved users may appear once setup steps are completed.
• Landbook may remove or hide profiles that are spammy, unrelated to design, or violate these Terms.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

• Payments for PRO plans and template features are processed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period, giving you access to PRO features until that date.
• Refunds are handled case by case - contact [email protected] or use the chat feature.
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases unless the service begins immediately after purchase with consent.
• Users are responsible for applicable taxes or payment-processing fees.

7. Intellectual Property and Take-Down Policy

• All rights to submitted content remain with the original creators or owners.
• Landbook does not claim ownership of user submissions.
• Landbook's own content (brand, design, layout, interface, database) remains the exclusive property of Landbook Sp. z o.o.
• You may not use Landbook's content or data for machine learning, AI training, or commercial reuse without written consent.

Take-Down Procedure (Copyright / IP Infringement)

If you believe content on Landbook infringes your rights:

1. Email [email protected] with your contact info, the link (URL) in question, and proof of ownership or authorization.
2. Landbook will review your notice promptly and remove or disable access as appropriate under EU "notice-and-takedown" standards.

8. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landbook Sp. z o.o., its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landbook and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind regarding availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Data Collected

• registration data (e.g., email, name),
• analytics (e.g., profile and website views),
• optional submission or contact data.

• operate and improve Landbook,
• review and display submissions,
• send updates and notifications, and
• provide customer support.

Legal bases: legitimate interest and, where applicable, user consent.

Sharing and Storage

Data may be shared with trusted providers such as Stripe and analytics services. We do not sell user data.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or data portability at any time via [email protected].

10. Modifications and Termination

• Landbook may update these Terms periodically. For material changes affecting your rights, we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect via email or notice on the site.
• Continuing to use Landbook after the notice period means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
• Landbook may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Inactive accounts may be removed after a period of inactivity, with 30 days' prior notice sent via email.

11. Governing Law, Compliance, and Contact

These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to applicable EU consumer-protection rules. Users must comply with all local and international regulations, including export and sanctions laws.
